Ascently Bookings
Online booking built around the way a workshop actually runs.
A hosted booking experience for independent automotive workshops. Customers start with their registration, describe the job in their own words, and only see times the workshop genuinely has labour capacity for.
Capacity-aware booking
Availability is calculated from workshop labour hours per day, not a fixed slot grid.
Staff booking board
One board for the day: drop-off windows, live utilisation and every booking in one place.
Isolated by workshop
Each workshop has its own data, its own domain and its own staff access.
Already set up?
Workshop staff sign in at their own booking address. Platform owners sign in here to open the client workspace console.
